Our Team

Drew is president and a co-owner of Charlestown Paving. He has been working in the paving and excavating industries for almost 40 years and he is well versed in all phases of paving and site work. He is a lifelong resident of Chester County and has served on the advisory board of First Financial Bank and as a director on the board of Great Valley Community Organization. He is a strong believer in local philanthropy and his outreach efforts include the Boy Scouts of America, the East Whiteland Fire Company, the Great Valley Community Organization, the Upper Main YMCA and the Chester County Sportsmen’s Association.

Jon is the Secretary/Treasurer and Co-Owner of Charlestown Paving. Early in life, Jon began working for his grandfather’s paving business and developed his appreciation for the asphalt industry. Jon brings a wealth of experience to all aspects of paving and specializes in utility restoration. Throughout the years, Jon has been actively involved in local Boy Scout programs and as an assistant coach to Great Valley Wrestling, the Generals Football Team and Chester Valley Baseball programs. When not at work, he enjoys “reeling in the BIG one,” spending time with his wife Lisa, their three children, their grandson and his beloved pups.

As Business Manager of Charlestown Paving, Alyssa’s primary roles consist of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Employee Benefit Administration. Alyssa has been working with the company for twenty years and best describes those years as the feeling of working with family. Outside of work, Alyssa can often be found running the roads and trails throughout Chester County or spending her time with her two Alaskan Malamutes. She is also proud that her son, Zach, is carrying on the family tradition by working for the company!

Cristi has been with Charlestown Paving since 2017 and as Operations Manager we rely on her to schedule crews, coordinate subcontractors and set up project materials. Cristi maintains constant professionalism while juggling phone calls, permits, utility markouts and assisting our sales force with estimates. Outside of work, Cristi’s priority is spending time with her husband and their five children.
